Catherine Koch

Catherine Koch received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations. Catherine received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami wherein she was the president of the International Law Society. Catherine is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Ms. Koch is certified by the Supreme Court of Florida to facilitate circuit court mediations.

Prior to Ms. Koch’s affiliation with Center for Conflict Resolution, she was a senior associate with the firm Marlow, Connell, Valerius, Adler & Newman. Specializing in Workers’ Compensation defense as well as Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Act defense.

Ms. Koch was honored in December 1999 by being recommended by the judicial nominating committee to the Governor of Florida to fill a judicial vacancy in District “K” as Judge of Compensation Claims.
