Increasingly, litigation requires the parties to submit to mediation prior to further action. Parties often feel more confident enlisting the help of mediators. Center for Conflict Resolution can match the parties with a skilled mediator to resolve the dispute.
Our support staff works with parties to efficiently schedule mediations. Prior to mediation, our staff prepares all required notices of mediation, files documentation with the appropriate court, and when needed, arranges for translation services through our subsidiary, Interpreting Services Corp.
Conference rooms, caucus rooms, teleconference and videoconference capabilities through secure Wi-Fi access are all available.
